Ingredients
Flatbread Triangles
1 package Kinnikinnick Flatbread Crusts - 2 crusts (288 g) 3 tbsp melted butter (45 g) 1 tsp garlic powder (2 g)

Asiago Dip
1½ cups shredded asiago cheese - reserve ½ cup (180 g) ½ cup mayonnaise (105 g) ½ cup sour cream 14% (125 g) 1 tsp black pepper (2 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) ½ tsp chili flakes (1 g) 3 garlic cloves - minced (21 g) ½ large lemon - zested/juiced (4 g + 22 g) 1 can 14 oz artichoke hearts - chopped (gluten-free) (398 ml)

Directions
Flatbread Triangles
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Thaw 2 Kinnikinnick Flatbread Crusts at room temperature for 15 minutes. Cut flatbread into 10 triangles per piece.
- Brush each triangle with butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Place flatbread triangles butter side up in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and set aside.
Asiago Dip
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
- In a medium bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, salt, chili flakes, garlic, lemon juice and artichoke hearts together until combined.
- Stir in 1 cup asiago cheese. Mix until combined.
- Place dip in a bake proof serving dish. Top with reserved ½ cup asiago cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 - 18 minutes or until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
- Serve with flatbread triangles for dipping.
Tips & Variations
- Dip can be made ahead of time and baked prior to use.
- For a dip with a smoother texture, omit melted cheese on top and puree all ingredients in a food processor. Serve cold as a dip with veggies or your favourite chicken wings.
