Ingredients
1½ packages Kinnikinnick Birthday KinniTOOS® (330 g) 2¼ cup Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (444 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) 1 tsp baking soda (4 g) ½ cup granulated sugar (105 g) 1 cup brown sugar (195 g) ¾ cup softened butter (150 g) 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (3 g) 2 large eggs (112 g) ½ cup confetti sprinkles - reserve ¼ cup (72 g) 1 cup white chocolate chips (200 g)

Directions
Cookie Dough
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray baking tray or line with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, cream butter, vanilla, and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
- Slowly add dry mixture to creamed mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in white chocolate chips, ¼ cup sprinkles. Fold in until combined.
Assembly
- Divide cookie dough into 22 portions.
- Working one portion at a time, flatten each scoop of dough and place 1 Kinnikinnick Birthday KinniTOOS® in center.
- Form dough to cover one of the Birthday KinniTOOS® completely.
- Repeat with remaining portions of cookie dough.
- Sprinkle tops of formed cookies with ¼ cup reserved confetti sprinkles.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 12 minutes. Do not over bake.
Yields 22 cookies
