Ingredients
1½ lb lean ground hamburger (680 g) 1 large egg (56 g) ½ cup Kinnikinnick Panko Bread Crumbs (55 g) 2 tbsp fresh parsley - chopped (4 g) 2 cloves fresh garlic - minced (7 g) ¼ cup red onion - finely chopped (30 g) ½ tsp black pepper (1 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) ¼ cup ketchup (60 g) 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free) (30 g) 6 small bocconcini pieces of cheese (180 g) 6 slices of swiss cheese (120 g) 1½ packages Kinnikinnick Hamburger Buns - 6 buns (368 g) Optional: garnish with your favourite toppings and condiments

Directions
Burgers
- In a large bowl, mix together first 10 ingredients until combined. Form into 6 patties.
- Place a ball of bocconcini in center of each patty. Form meat around cheese in the form of a ball. Press ball down to form patty (take care not to expose cheese).
- BBQ or cook in a frying pan to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- Top burgers with a slice of swiss cheese and BBQ until melted.
Assembly
- Slice hamburger buns in half and grill on top rack of BBQ turning once.
- Place cooked burgers on grilled Kinnikinnick Hamburger Buns and top with your favourite toppings.
