Ingredients
Buffalo Sauce
¼ cup cayenne hot sauce (gluten-free) (63g) 1 tbsp white vinegar (12 g) ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free) (3 g) ¼ cup unsalted butter (50 g) ½ tsp garlic powder (2 g)

Chicken
2 chicken breasts - flattened/ cut into 2 portions each (400 g) 1 tsp black pepper (2 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) 1 package Kinnikinnick Hamburger Buns - 4 buns (245 g)

Directions
Buffalo Sauce
- In a medium pot, combine all ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil over medium-low heat.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Chicken
- Season flattened chicken breast with salt and pepper.
- Place flattened chicken breast in a plastic bag and pour ¾ of the Buffalo Sauce over breast. Shake gently and let marinate for 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Bake or BBQ marinated chicken breast until cooked to an internal temperature of 165° F (74°C) (approx. 22 minutes). Brush with remaining ¼ of Buffalo Sauce throughout cooking process.
- Serve chicken on a Kinnikinnick Hamburger Bun and top with your favourite condiments.
Yields 4 chicken burgers
Tips & Variations
- Like a little more heat, add ¼ tsp cayenne pepper to sauce.
