Ingredients
4 large eggs- fried (224 g) 4 Kinnikinnick English Muffins (375 g) 8 slices of bacon- cooked (80 g) 4 slices of cheddar cheese (80 g)

Directions
Assemble
- Slice Kinnikinnick English Muffins in half. Top bottom with ½ slice of cheese, fried egg, cooked bacon, ½ slice of cheese and top of English muffin.
- Wrap tightly in tin foil (make sure no part of the muffin is exposed). Repeat with remainder.
Using a fire pit
- Place foil wrapped sandwich directly in hot embers and turn occasionally for even heating (approx. 7-10 minutes depending on heat). Remove from embers and carefully unwrap (contents are extremely hot).
Using a BBQ
- Preheat BBQ to 350°F (176°C). Place foil wrapped sandwich in preheated BBQ on lower rack and cook until heated through, turning occasionally for even heating (approx. 10 minutes). Remove from BBQ and carefully unwrap (contents are extremely hot).
Using a oven
- Place oven rack in middle of oven and preheat oven to 375°F (190 °C). Place wrapped sandwich in preheated oven and bake until heated through (approx. 10-15 minutes). Remove from oven and carefully unwrap (contents are extremely hot).
Tips & Variations
- Can be prepared ahead of time and placed in the freezer. Allow for additional cooking time from frozen state.
