DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Butter a 9X13 inch baking dish. Place prepared bread cubes in buttered baking dish and top with chopped chocolate pieces. Set aside. Whisk together eggs, cream, milk, vanilla, sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl. Pour over prepared bread, press slightly. Let bread soak for 1hr or overnight in refrigerator. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm. Serves 12 |
