DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F (176°C).Cut base of orange slightly so orange sits up (careful not to cut through to flesh). In the front of the orange (mid- way down) cut out eyes, nose and mouth for Jack “O” Lantern face. Cut off the top of the navel oranges and carefully scoop out the pulp and juice into a bowl. Clean out the eyes, nose and mouth cuts. Wrap each prepared orange ¾ with tin foil (so cake batter doesn’t seep out of cut outs) leaving top open. In a medium bowl combine eggs, oil and water, mix with a whisk until combined. Add Kinnikinnick Chocolate Cake Mix and whisk until combined. Pour batter into prepared oranges filling ¾. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Yields 18 filled oranges
