Ingredients
4 slices Kinnikinnick Cinnamon Raisin Bread (140 g)
3 large eggs (168 g)
¼ cup cream 10% (50 g)
2 large eggs- fried (112 g) 4 slices of cheddar cheese (80 g)
2 slices boneless ham steak (252 g)
Optional: 1 - 2 tbsp oil or butter for cooking

Directions
Assembly
- In a medium shallow bowl, combine 3 eggs and cream. Whisk together until combined. Set aside.
- Build Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Sandwich starting with a slice of Kinnikinnick Cinnamon Raisin Bread, slice of cheese, slice of boneless ham steak, one fried egg, slice of cheese and top with a slice of Kinnikinnick Cinnamon Raisin Bread. Repeat for second sandwich.
- Preheat electric skillet to 350°F (176°C) or frying pan over medium heat. Use optional oil if required based on your equipment.
- Using a set of tongs dip sandwiches in egg mixture until coated on both sides.
- Cook on preheated skillet for 2 - 3 minutes per side until egg mixture is cooked, cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown.
- Serve warm
Yields 2 sandwiches
Tips & Variations
- Substitute back bacon, ham slices or turkey bacon in place of boneless ham steak.
