Ingredients
Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Mounds
8 slices Kinnikinnick Cinnamon Raisin Bread (280 g)
5 large eggs (280 g)
1 cup 2% milk (240 g)
1 tsp cinnamon (5 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)

Topping
3 tbsp melted butter (45 g)
2 tbsp Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (25 g)
2 tbsp brown sugar (24 g)
1 tsp cinnamon (5 g)
½ tsp nutmeg (1 g)
1 tbsp 2% milk (10 g)

Directions
Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Mounds
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a muffin tin (12 spaces). Set aside.
- Cut Kinnikinnick Cinnamon Raisin Bread into cubes (approx. 2" in size). Place in a large bowl.
- Combine eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a separate bowl. Whisk together.
- Pour egg mixture over cubed bread. Mix to coat bread cubes. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Remix bread cubes together after 10 minutes. Scoop into muffin tin (12 spaces). Set aside.
Topping
- Combine Topping ingredients together in a small bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Pour or brush on top of Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Mounds.
- Bake in preheated oven for 24 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
- Use an offset spatula to aid in removing Cinnamon Raisin French Toast Mounds from pan.
- Serve with your favourite French Toast toppings.
Yields 12 mounds
Tips & Variations
- Add chopped fruit for a different twist. Apples, pears or peaches work great.
