Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), lightly spray cookie sheet or line with parchment.
Cream butter, vanilla, and sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Slowly add Kinnikinnick Sugar Cookie Mix to creamed mixture, alternating with water. Mix after each addition until fully incorporated.
Add chocolate chips and stir until combined.
Drop by the spoonful onto prepared cookie sheet, press slightly. Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Yields 40 cookies
Tips & Variations
This is a softer cookie, store in an airtight container with layers of parchment paper between to avoid sticking. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
