Preheat oven to 350°F / 176°C
Ingredients
1 pkg Sugar Cookie Mix (454g)
3/4 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup +1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 eggs
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl cream sugar, butter, and vanilla.
- Add cookie mix in three equal parts alternating with slightly beaten eggs. Mix until combined, about 2 minutes.
- Roll dough on a lightly floured surface (Kinnikinnick all purpose flour blend or parchment paper) about 1/8" thick. Cut into desired shape with knife or cookie cutter.
- Top with granulated sugar if desired.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.
- Decorate with icing if desired.
