Ingredients
Turkey Stuffing Bites
1 package Kinnikinnick Traditional Stuffing Mix (185 g) ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese (27 g) 1 tbsp olive oil ½ sweet onion- diced (140 g) 1 tsp fresh rosemary - stem removed/chopped fine (2 g) 1 tsp garlic powder (2 g) 1 tbsp fresh thyme - stem removed/chopped fine (2 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) 1 tsp black pepper (2 g) 1 lb ground turkey (454 g) 3 eggs - reserve 2 (168 g) Optional: vegetable oil for frying

Creamy Cranberry Sauce
½ cup cream cheese - softened (125 g) ¼ cup sour cream 14 % (60 g) ½ cup cranberry sauce (132 g)

Directions
Turkey Stuffing Bites
- Using a food processor or blender crumb Kinnikinnick Traditional Stuffing Mix to fine crumbs.
- Remove ½ cup crumb and set aside.
- Add ¼ cup parmesan cheese to remaining crumb for coating. Set aside.
- In a skillet sauté onion in olive oil until translucent (approx. 5 - 7 minutes).
- Add rosemary, garlic powder, thyme, salt and pepper. Sauté for additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place ground turkey in a bowl. Add cooled onion mixture, ½ cup Kinnikinnick Traditional Stuffing Mix crumbed and one egg. Mix until combined.
- Form into 1½ inch balls (approx. 28 portions) and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Creamy Cranberry Sauce
- In a small bowl mix cream cheese until smooth (approx. 5 minutes).
- Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Add cranberry sauce and mix until combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
Turkey Stuffing Bites - Baked in Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
- Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease. Set aside.
- Whisk reserved 2 eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Place crumb parmesan mixture in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Dip Turkey Stuffing Bites in egg and then in crumb parmesan mixture. Place on baking tray.
- Bake in preheated oven for 22 minutes turning once during baking.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with Creamy Cranberry Sauce.
Turkey Stuffing Bites - Shallow Pan Fried
- Line a baking tray with foil. Set aside.
- Whisk reserved 2 eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Place crumb parmesan mixture in a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Dip Turkey Stuffing Bites in egg and then in crumb parmesan mixture. Place on baking tray.
- Heat ¼ cup vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add coated Turkey Stuffing Bites in batches. Fry for 15 minutes turning frequently.
- Remove fried Turkey Stuffing Bites and place on paper towel lined tray to absorb excess oil.
- Repeat with remaining Turkey Stuffing Bites adding additional oil as needed. Remove dark crumbs from oil prior to frying next batch.
- Serve warm with Creamy Cranberry Sauce.
