Ingredients
6 slices of Kinnikinnick Wide Loaf White - toasted (246 g) 12 slices bacon - cooked/cut in half (gluten-free) (300 g) ½ tsp pepper (1g) 1 large tomato on the vine - cut into 8 slices (133 g) 4 pieces of leafy lettuce (48 g) 8 slices of turkey - lunchmeat or cooked (184 g) 4 slices of cheddar cheese (112 g) 6 tbsp mayo (72 g) Skewers for assembly

Assembly
- Spread mayo on one side of each piece of toasted Kinnikinnick Wide Loaf White.
- Top 1 pieces of toast with 6 half pieces of bacon, 1 piece of cheese and 2 slices of tomato.
- Top with another slice of toasted Kinnikinnick Wide Loaf White (mayo side up).
- Place 1 piece of cheese, 2 pieces of lettuce, 2 tomato slices and 4 pieces of turkey on top of piece of toast. Top with final piece of toast (mayo side in). Repeat to build second Clubhouse.
- Cut into 4 triangles. Use skewers to hold together.
Yields 2 Clubhouse sandwiches
