Ingredients
2 lb lean ground turkey (908 g) 1 large egg (56 g) ⅓ cup Kinnikinnick Panko Bread Crumbs (36 g) 1 celery stick - finely chopped (80 g) ¼ cup red onion - minced (70 g) 1 sprig fresh parsley - finely chopped (3 g) 1 garlic clove - minced (8 g) 2 tbsp Tamari soya sauce (gluten-free) (20 g) ¼ tsp salt (1 g) ½ tsp pepper (2 g) 2 packages Kinnikinnick Hamburger Buns (8 buns) (490g)
Optional: oil for pan frying

Directions
- Mix first 10 ingredients together and divide into 8 portions. Press into 3” burgers.
- Preheat oil in a medium size frying pan over medium heat. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked (cook to an internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Serve on a toasted Kinnikinnick Hamburger Bun with your favourite toppings.
