Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a 9x13 cake pan with tin foil and lightly spray. In a medium bowl combine eggs, oil and milk, mix with a whisk until combined. Add Kinnikinnick Chocolate Cake Mix and whisk until combined. Fold in half a pkg. of coarsely chopped Fudge KinniTOOS®. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Yields 1 cake
Whip whipping cream until soft peak. Add icing sugar and vanilla, continue to whip until stiff. Spread over cooled cake and top with remainder of Fudge KinniTOOS®.
Tips & Variations
Line cake pan with tin foil leaving enough at the top to aid in removing cake from pan.
