Ingredients
1 package Kinnikinnick Hot Dog Buns - 4 buns (285 g) 1 tbsp olive oil (15 g) 1 medium bell pepper - seeded/thinly sliced (210 g) ½ medium white onion - thinly sliced (140 g) 2 sirloin steaks - thinly sliced (500 g) ¼ cup ketchup (50 g) 1 cup beef stock (gluten-free) (240 g) 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free) (12 g) ½ tsp salt (2 g) 1 tsp garlic powder (2 g) 1 tsp black pepper (2 g) 4 slices provolone cheese (84 g)

Directions
- In a medium bowl or plastic bag combine beef stock, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until combined.
- Season beef with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Place sliced beef in sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- In a medium skillet, sauté onions in olive oil until soft (approx. 5 - 7 minutes).
- Add sliced pepper and continue cooking until pepper is tender (7 - 10 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Using same skillet, sauté beef in marinade until beef is cooked and sauce begins to reduce (7 - 10 minutes).
- Remove cooked beef and set aside.
- Continue cooking sauce over medium-low heat until thickened (approx. 7 - 10 minutes). Run sauce through a sieve and set aside.
Assembly
- Slice each Kinnikinnick Hot Dog Bun ¾ of the way across the top of the bun lengthwise.
- Fill each bun with sliced beef and top with onion mixture. Drizzle with additional sauce and a slice of cheese.
- Place each filled bun on a parchment lined baking tray.
- Place under the broiler just until the cheese melts. Serve with additional sauce if desired.
