Ingredients
Pizza Triangles
1 package Kinnikinnick Pizza Crust (300 g) 3 tbsp butter - melted (45 g) 1 tbsp dried oregano (2 g) 1 tbsp dried parsley (1 g)

Dip
½ cup sour cream 14% (144 g) 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese - softened (250 g) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - reserve ½ cup (107 g) ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese (42 g) 2 tbsp dried oregano - reserve 1 tbsp (4 g) 1 tsp garlic powder (2 g) 2 tbsp dried parsley - reserve 1 tbsp (2 g) 2 tsp dried basil (2 g) 1 tsp dried marjoram (1 g) 1 cup pizza sauce (gluten-free) (151 g) Optional: 10 slices pepperoni (gluten-free) (20 g)

Directions
Pizza Triangles
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw Kinnikinnick Pizza Crust at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Cut pizza crust into 8 triangles per piece.
- Using a single layer, place the triangles on a baking tray (cornmeal side down).
- Brush triangles with melted butter and sprinkle with oregano and parsley.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until desired crispness. Remove from oven and set aside.
Pizza Dip
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Lightly grease a 9” heatproof baking dish. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth (approx. 5 - 7minutes). Add sour cream and mix until smooth.
- Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon parsley, basil, garlic powder and marjoram. Mix until combined.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on the bottom of baking dish.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over cream cheese mixture.
- Top with reserved mozzarella, parsley and oregano.
- Place sliced pepperoni on top of cheese (if using).
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and begins to bubble.
- Serve warm with pizza triangles.
