DirectionsIn a medium bowl, combine wasabi paste with 1tbsp mayonnaise, mix until incorporated. Slowly add remaining mayonnaise, whisking continually. Stir in lime juice, olive oil, ¼ tsp salt and chives. Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator. Preheat oven to broil. Line a shallow baking pan with tin foil and set aside. In a shallow dish combine sesame seeds, ¼ tsp salt and Kinnikinnick Panko Bread Crumbs. Set aside. In a medium bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy. Dip prepared shrimp in egg whites then Sesame coating mixture. Place on prepared pan. Broil 4 inches from top of broiler for 2- 3 minutes per side (watch carefully). Flip shrimp and broil other side for 2-3 minutes until shrimp are cooked and browned. Serve with Wasabi Mayo. Yields 30 shrimp
