Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with; garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Toss seasoned chicken in ½ cup of prepared sauce. Place prepared chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes and then turn chicken and brush with ½ of the remaining sauce. Bake for an additional 15 minutes and turn chicken. Brush with remaining sauce and bake for an additional 10 minutes or an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Use to marinate your favourite chicken pieces or brush on as a sauce. Yields 1 cup sauce
Tips & Variations
Chicken is cooked for a total of 40 minutes or an internal temperature of 165°F. Saucing throughout the cooking process allows for better coating of the chicken and less chance of the glaze burning.
