Ingredients 

¼ cup canola oil (50 g)

¼ cup sriracha sauce (gluten-free)(67 g)

¼ cup soya sauce (gluten-free)(60 g)

¼ cup honey (80 g)

1 tbsp fresh ginger - grated (15 g)

2 cloves garlic - minced (7 g)

 


Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Use as a marinade or dipping sauce. 

Yields 1 cup



Tips & Variations

  • To use it as a dipping sauce, reduce slightly on the stove in a shallow pan over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken slightly (approx. 15 minutes).
