DirectionsIn a pot of boiling water blanch your washed mushrooms for 1 ½ to 2 minutes. Remove from water & turn upside down to drain. Heat margarine in a skillet and sauté celery, mushroom stems and onions until tender. In a bowl combine all ingredients except Kinnikinnick Panko style Bread Crumbs . Fill Mushroom caps with prepared mix (these can be made in advance the night before).
