Preheat fryer to 375°F (190°C). In a shallow dish combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, Kinnikinnick Panko Crumbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss chicken in ½ cup of prepared sauce and then dredge in prepared crumb mixture (shake off any additional crumb mixture). Fry chicken in batches for 10-12 minutes until done (internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)). Remove from fryer and let cool slightly on paper towel lined plate. Serve with additional *sriracha honey ginger sauce for dipping.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Use to marinate your favourite chicken pieces or brush on as a sauce. Yields 1 cup sauce.
*To use it as a dipping sauce; reduce slightly on the stove in a frying pan over medium heat until sauce begins to thicken slightly (approx. 15 minutes)
