Divide prepared buffalo sauce in half. Use half for brushing on chicken wings while cooking and the other half abtch for dipping after wings are cooked.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Place prepared chicken on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes and then turn chicken wings. Brush with buffalo sauce. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, turn chicken wings and brush with remaining sauce. Bake for an additional 7-10 minutes and or an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Serve with remaining 1/2 batch of sauce for dipping or toss in sauce prior to serving.
In a medium pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-low heat. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Use to marinate your favourite chicken pieces or use as a dipping sauce. Yields 1/2 cup sauce.
