Ingredients  

Cake

  • 1 pkg. Kinnikinnick White Cake Mix (500 g)

  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant dry pudding mix (102 g)

  • 4 eggs (240 g)

  • 1 cup cold water (237 g)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (2 g)

  • ½ cup vegetable oil (109 g)

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (95 g)

  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips (95 g)

  • ½ cup butterscotch chocolate chips (95 g)

Optional Chocolate Drizzle

  • 2 tsp margarine (divided) (10 g)

  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips (95 g)

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (95 g)


Directions

Cake

Preheat oven to 325°F (162°C). Generously grease Bundt pan. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, oil, water and vanilla  until combined. Add Kinnikinnick White Cake Mix and pudding mix. Mix until just incorporated. Fold chocolate chips into cake batter. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake for 65-70 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then invert onto serving plate.

Yields: 1 cake /Serves 12

  

Chocolate Drizzle

In a small bowl combine milk chocolate chips and 1 tsp margarine, microwave for 30 seconds on high. Stir slightly melted chips and microwave for an additional 10 seconds or until chips are melted. Drizzle over cooled cake. In a small bowl combine white chocolate chips and 1 tsp margarine, microwave for 30 seconds on high. Stir slightly melted chips and microwave for an additional 10 seconds or until chips are melted. Drizzle over cooled cake.
