Ingredients

  • 3 lbs side ribs (trimmed fat/ cut into portion size pieces) (1362g)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (24g)

  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup (205g)

  • ¼ cup honey (84g)

  • 1 tsp dry mustard (2g)

  • ½ tsp salt (2g)

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar (16g)

  • 2 tbsp ketchup (44g)

  • 1 tbsp worcestershire (gluten free) (12g)




Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).


Place trimmed ribs in a 6 quart roaster and bake covered for 20 minutes. Drain grease.


In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except meat. Pour prepared sauce over ribs and return to oven covered. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (162°C) and continue cooking ribs uncovered for 1½ hours turning ribs twice during cooking. Serves 6


 

Tips & Variations
