Ingredients
8 slices Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread - toasted (228 g)
12 slices bacon - cooked/cut in half (300 g)
½ tsp pepper (1 g)
1 large tomato on the vine - cut into 8 slices (133 g)
4 pieces of leafy lettuce (48 g)
4 tbsp chipotle mayo (gluten-free) (48 g)
Directions
Assembly
- Spread chipotle mayo on one side of each piece of toasted Kinnikinnick Multigrain Bread.
- Top 4 pieces of toast with 6 half pieces of bacon, 2 slices of tomato and one piece of lettuce (chipotle mayo side in).
- Top with another piece of toast (chipotle mayo side in).
Yields 4 sandwiches
