Ingredients

¼ cup cayenne hot sauce (gluten-free)(63 g)

1 tbsp white vinegar (12 g)

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free) (3 g)

¼ cup unsalted butter (50 g)

½ tsp garlic powder (2 g)

Directions

  1. In a medium pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Use to marinate your favourite chicken pieces or brush on as a sauce.

Yields ½ cup sauce

 

Tips & Variations

  • Like a little more heat - add ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
