Ingredients
1 garlic clove- minced (3 g) ½ tsp coarse salt (2 g) 2 large egg yolks (36 g) 2 tbsp lemon juice (30 g) 1 tsp Dijon mustard (6 g) ½ cup extra virgin olive oil (100 g) ½ tsp black pepper (1 g) 3 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese (33 g) Optional: ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free)

Directions
- Whisk together minced garlic, coarse salt and egg yolks.
- Add lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Whisk until combined.
- Add olive oil in a slow and steady stream to egg mixture well whisking vigorously.
- Add black pepper, parmesan cheese and optional Worcestershire sauce to Caesar Dressing. Mix until combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
