Ingredients  

1 package Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (454 g)

1 tsp baking soda (5 g)

½ tsp salt (3 g)

¾ cup butter or margarine - soft (144 g)

½ cup granulated sugar (120 g)

1 cup brown sugar (195 g)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract (2 g)

2 large eggs (112 g)

1½ cups chocolate chips (270 g)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl cream butter, vanilla, granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
  7. Scoop dough and drop on baking trays (2 inches apart). Press each portion of Cookie Dough slightly with a wet spoon.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 8 - 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and cool on pan for 5 minutes. Remove Chocolate Chip Cookies from pan and finish cooling on wire rack.
