Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 package Kinnikinnick Pancake and Waffle Mix (454 g)
1 tbsp cinnamon (7 g)
1 cup vegetable oil (195 g)
½ cup granulated sugar (105 g)
4 large eggs (224 g)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract (4 g)
1 cup milk 2% (225 g)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Generously spray bundt pan or 9 x 13 cake pan.
- Combine vegetable oil, granulated sugar, eggs and milk in a bowl. Mix until combined.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to liquid mixture. Mix for 2 - 3 minutes with an electric mixer until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared cake pan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 45 - 50 minutes (check for doneness, cake will spring back when lightly touched).
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes before inverting on serving dish.
Yields 1 Cake
