Cookie Dough Cheese Ball

Ingredients

1 package cream cheese - softened (250 g)
⅓ cup butter - softened (70 g)
1 tsp vanilla (5 g)
½ cup icing sugar (85 g)
2 tbsp brown sugar (30 g)
¾ cup mini chocolate chips (125 g)
½ cup Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs (120 g)
1 package of your favorite Kinnikinnick KinniKritters® Animal Cookies (220 g)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth (approx. 5 - 7 minutes). Add butter and mix until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract, icing sugar and brown sugar. Mix until combined and smooth.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Form into a ball and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and carefully roll cheese ball in Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs. Form into a ball with Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs on the outside. Refrigerate for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from refrigerator and use your hands to form ball into a tighter ball. Place on a serving plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. Serve with your favourite Kinnikinnick KinniKritters®

Tips & Variations

  • Cheese ball will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
  • If using Kinnikinnick Graham KinniKritters® instead of Graham Crumbs, use 1 cup Kinnikinnick Graham KinniKritters®. Crush into fine crumbs to cover cheese ball.
