Ingredients

  • 1 cup masa harina (corn flour)

  • 1 cup Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend

  • Water


Directions

Mix dry ingredients well.


Slowly add water mixing with a fork just until clumps begin to form
Knead by hand to form a stiff dough.


Add more water or flour mixture in small amounts if necessary.
Roll into 2 inch balls.


Press out in a Tortilla Maker OR Roll out between 2 sheet of parchment paper
Cut with 10" pot lid or round by hand.


Cook on medium in nonstick pan with NO oil for 2-4 minutes per side or until just beginning to brown.


NOTE: Too much water will make dough difficult to handle.
