Ingredients

140 g log of goat cheese
¼ cup potato starch (40 g)
1 large egg - slightly whisked (56g)
1 cup Kinnikinnick Panko Bread Crumbs (110 g)
2 tbsp cranberry sauce (gluten-free)(33 g)


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Dust goat cheese log with potato starch. Dip in egg. Coat with Kinnikinnick Panko Bread Crumbs.
  3. Place in small oven proof dish. Lightly press cheese to fit form of dish or leave in log form.
    Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cheese should be soft and heated through. If you want a crispier top, broil for the last 3 - 5 minutes of bake time.
  4. Remove from oven and top with cranberry sauce. Bake for an additional 5 minutes (or serve cranberry sauce on the side).
