Ingredients
12 slices Kinnikinnick White Bread (342 g)
3 large eggs (168 g)
½ cup eggnog (125 g)
½ tsp cinnamon (1 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
Optional: icing sugar and cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat electric griddle to 350°F (176°C) or heat a frying pan over medium heat. Grease lightly with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon and eggnog. Whisk together until combined.
- Dip bread slices into egg batter one slice at a time.
- Place dipped bread on preheated cooking surface and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side (cook until golden brown and egg is cooked)
- Optional: dust with icing sugar and cinnamon.
