Eggnog French Toast

Ingredients

12 slices Kinnikinnick White Bread (342 g) 
3 large eggs (168 g)
½ cup eggnog (125 g)
½ tsp cinnamon (1 g) 
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 g)
Optional: icing sugar and cinnamon 


Directions

  1. Preheat electric griddle to 350°F (176°C) or heat a frying pan over medium heat. Grease lightly with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Combine eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon and eggnog. Whisk together until combined.
  3. Dip bread slices into egg batter one slice at a time.
  4. Place dipped bread on preheated cooking surface and cook for 2 - 3 minutes per side (cook until golden brown and egg is cooked) 
  5. Optional: dust with icing sugar and cinnamon. 
    Yields 4 portions
