Ingredients

  • 1 cup popcorn kernels (206g)

  • 400g marshmallows

  • 1/3 cup butter (80g)

  • 2tbsp flavoured gelatin (20g)

  • Option: decorate with candy confetti

Directions

Pop 1 cup popcorn kernels, remove any kernels and set aside.

In a medium size pot, melt butter and marshmallows over medium heat stirring constantly. Once marshmallows are completely melted, remove from heat and stir in flavoured gelatin. Carefully stir mixture until combined. In a large mixing bowl or roaster pour hot mixture over popped popcorn. Carefully stir with a spoon to evenly coat popcorn. Spread coated popcorn on a baking sheet to cool. Break into bite size pieces or form into popcorn balls while mixture is still warm. Fun popcorn can be stored in an airtight container for 2 weeks. Yields: 12 cups
