Gluten-Free Graham Crumble Maple Donuts

Ingredients

Caramel Sauce 

½ cup evaporated milk (124g)

1¾ cup brown sugar (288g)

½ cup butter (135g)

Donuts 

1 package Kinnikinnick Maple Dipped Donuts - thawed (320 g) 

1 cup Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs (120 g) 

Directions

Caramel Sauce 

  1. In a medium saucepan combine evaporated milk, brown sugar and butter. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stir constantly (this will reduce crystallization in the fridge).
  3. Cool mixture slightly before dipping donuts.
  4. Remaining Caramel Sauce can be stored in refrigerator for up to two weeks.  

Assembly 

  1. Dip tops of Kinnikinnick Maple Dipped Donuts into Caramel Sauce. Let excess drip off. 
  2. Dip in Kinnikinnick Graham Crumbs.  
  3. Place on serving tray and allow to set (approx. 15 minutes). 

Yields 6 donuts
