Ingredients  

  • 4 medium potatoes (cooked and mashed) (630g)

  • ¼ cup butter (45g)

  • 1/3 cup cream 10% (80g)

  • ½ tsp salt (2g)

  • 1 tsp white pepper (2g)

  • 1½tbsp hot horseradish (27g)

  • ¼ cup fresh chives (chopped) (12g)


Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).


In a medium pot boil sliced potatoes until tender. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, seasoning and cream until smooth and fluffy. Fold in horseradish and ¾ of the chives. Place in a covered baking dish and bake at 350°F (176°C) for 25-30 minutes. Top with remaining chives and serve with your favourite protein.
