Preheat oven to 350° F (176°C). Line a 9 x 13 baking pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a medium bowl combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix dry ingredients until combined and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine sugars and melted butter. Mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each one. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.

Slowly add dry ingredients mixing after each addition.

Fold in chopped chocolate and KinniTOOS®. Mix just until combined.

Pour batter into lined baking pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 28 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool slightly before removing from pan.

Cut into desired size.
