Ingredients

2 cups whipping cream 33% (480 g) 
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (gluten-free) (96 g)
½ cup pumpkin puree (120 g) 
1 tsp cinnamon (3 g) 
¼ tsp cloves (1 g) 
¼ tsp nutmeg (1 g) 
1 package Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers (180 g)
Optional: Kinnikinnick Ginger Snaps for dipping 


Directions

  1. In a small bowl combine pumpkin puree and spices. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whip whipping cream and pudding mix together until stiff peaks (approx. 5 minutes).
  3. Fold in pumpkin puree mixture. Mix until combined.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  5. Serve with Kinnikinnick Vanilla Wafers or Kinnikinnick Ginger Snaps for dipping. 



Tips & Variations

  • For best results, refrigerate Pumpkin Pie Dip for 1 hour prior to serving.
