Ingredients

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp (about 30) peeled & deveined (with tails) (454g)

  • 2tbsp butter (30g)

  • 2tbsp olive oil (26g)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced) (6g)

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (2g)

  • 2tbsp fresh chives (chopped) (6g)

  • 1 tsp pepper (2g)

  • ½ tsp salt (2g)

  • ½ cup dry white wine (125g)

  • 1 lemon (juiced) (44g)




Directions


In a medium skillet melt 2tbsp butter with 2tbsp olive oil. Add chives, garlic and chili flakes to melted butter and sauté for 2 minutes on medium low. Add shrimp to butter mixture and sauté until shrimp our pink and translucent (3-5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Using same pan, add wine and lemon juice. Cook down until reduced slightly stirring occasionally to loosen any food particles stuck to pan. Add cooked shrimp back into pan and toss. Serve immediately.
