Coat beef with Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, salt and pepper. Heat 2tbsp olive oil in a medium skillet and cook beef until ¾ cooked (approx. 15 minutes). Set aside.
In a 6qt slow cooker, combine beef stock, worcestershire, thyme, garlic and tomato paste. Stir until combined. Add prepared beef, vegetables and bay leaves. Mix together and cover. Cook on high for 5-6 hours until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked. Stir occasionally throughout the cooking process. Serves 8 people
