Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken breast (flattened) (800g)

  • ½ tsp salt (2g)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (3g)

  • ½ tsp cumin (1g)

  • 1tbsp dried parsley (3g)

  • ½ tsp chili powder (1g)

  • ½ tsp onion powder (2g)

  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (1g)

  • ½ cup mayo (115g)


Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).


In a medium bowl, mix together all herbs, spices and mayo. Set aside.

Rinse flattened chicken breast and coat generously in mayo mixture.


Pace prepared chicken on baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes prior to serving (tent in tin foil).



Tips & Variations

Like a little more heat add additional cayenne pepper. Try serving with our Watermelon Cilantro Salsa (recipe available on the website)
