Ingredients 

  • 2 cup Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend (390g)

  • 1 tsp baking soda (5g)

  • ½ tsp salt (3g)

  • ½ cup granulated sugar (120g)

  • 1 cup brown sugar (195g)

  • 3/4 cup softened butter or margarine (144g)

  • 2 large eggs (112g)

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (2g)

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips (270g)

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds (shelled) (33g)

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds (shelled) (35g)

  • ½ cup raisins (85g)

  • ½ cup dried cranberries (dried) (78g)



Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), lightly spray cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.


Combine Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Cream butter, vanilla, and sugars until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, Mix until fully incorporated. Add chocolate chips, seeds and dried fruit. Mix until combined.


Drop by the spoonful onto prepared cookie sheet, press slightly. Top with additional pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds if desired. Bake at 375°F for 12 minutes.


Yields 30 cookies
