Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (222g)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (3g)

  • 3½ cups icing sugar (560g)

  • ¼ cup milk 2% (70g) 


Directions

In medium bowl mix butter until smooth; slowly add in sifted icing sugar mixture 1 cup at a time alternating with milk. Mix until smooth and incorporated. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.


Assembly


Pipe a swirl of prepared butter cream icing on top of cupcakes. Yields 18 cupcakes
