Ingredients 

  • ½ cup light mayonnaise (125g)

  • 1 tsp wasabi paste (6g)

  • ¼ tsp salt (1g)

  • 1 tsp chives (chopped) (1g)

  • Juice from half lime (22g)

  • 1 tsp olive oil (5g)




Directions

In a medium bowl, combine wasabi paste with 1tbsp mayonnaise, mix until incorporated. Slowly add remaining mayonnaise, whisking continually. Stir in lime juice, olive oil, ¼ tsp salt and chives. Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.



Tips & Variations

Wasabi mayo can be made ahead of time. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week.
