Ingredients 

1 mango - peeled, cored, cut into ½" cubes (220 g)

2 cups seedless watermelon - remove rind and cut into ½" cubes (320 g)

2 celery sticks - diced (85 g)

1 cup cucumber - peeled and cut into pieces (130 g)

1 jalapeno pepper  - core and seeds removed/chopped fine (14 g)

¼ cup fresh basil - finely chopped (4 g)

½ tsp salt (2 g)

1 tsp pepper (2 g)

1 large lime - zested and juiced (44 g)

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. For best results refrigerate for 2 hours prior to serving (serve within 24 hours).
