DirectionsPreheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Lightly grease a 6 qt. casserole dish. Set aside. Salt and pepper pork chops. Coat seasoned pork chops in Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend. Set aside. Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. In two batches, cook coated pork chops medium well (7-10 minutes per side) or an internal temperature of 155°F (68°C). Remove from pan and place in prepared casserole dish. Add the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil to skillet and sauté mushrooms until tender (7-10 minutes). Stir in 2 tbsp Kinnikinnick All Purpose Flour Blend until mushrooms are completely coated with flour. Add garlic, thyme, green onions and chicken stock. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally (7-10 minutes) until liquid reduces and thickens slightly. Add sour cream and stir until combined. Remove sauce and pour over prepared pork chops. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (176°C). Serve with your favourite side dish. Serves 4
