Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Spray a 9x13 cake pan and set aside. In a medium bowl combine eggs, oil and root beer soda, mix with a whisk until combined. Add Kinnikinnick White Cake Mix and whisk until combined. Pour batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25-28 minutes. Yields 1 cake
In medium bowl mix butter until smooth; slowly add in sifted icing sugar 1 cup at a time alternating with root beer soda. Mix until smooth and incorporated.
Ice cooled cake with icing and serve with a Root beer Ice Cream Float.
Tips & Variations
We used Barq’s Root Beer for the strongest flavour
