Ingredients

  • 2 L club soda (divided)
  • 1 pint strawberries (stems removed/sliced) (454 g)
  • 1/2 English cucumber (thinly sliced) (150 g)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced) (70 g)


Directions:

Thinly slice cucumber and lemon with skin on. Set aside. Remove tops from strawberries and thinly slice. Set aside. In a 4 litre container combine 1 litre club soda and prepared strawberries, lemon, and cucumber. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Prior to serving add 1 litre club soda to mixture and serve over ice.

Tips & Variations

  • If you don't like carbonated water, swap out with tap water, which works just as well.
