1 package Kinnikinnick S’moreables® (220 g) ½ package milk chocolate chips (163 g) 2 cups mini marshmallows (gluten-free) (100 g)
Directions
Using a fire pit
Place a flat grate over top of fire pit for cooking on.
Using a cast iron pan or tin foil tray, line the bottom with ½ a package of broken Kinnikinnick S’moreables®, ½ the chocolate chips and ½ the mini marshmallows. Repeat with a second layer.
Place on top of fire pit grate and cook until marshmallows and chocolate chips are ¾ melted (using heat proof equipment, move pan around during cooking process for even cooking).
Remove from heat and enjoy (contents are extremely hot).
Using a BBQ
Preheat BBQ to 350°F (176°C).
Using a cast iron pan or tin foil tray, line the bottom with ½ a package of broken Kinnikinnick S’moreables®, ½ the chocolate chips and ½ the mini marshmallows. Repeat with a second layer.
Place on bottom rack and cook until marshmallows and chocolate chips are ¾ melted (using heat proof equipment, move pan around during cooking process for even cooking).
Remove from BBQ and enjoy (contents are extremely hot).
Tips & Variations
Remember to use extreme caution when cooking on fire pits as cooking surfaces and equipment are extremely hot.
